| What if I have a photograph of myself that I want to use, but I'm with a group of people? Can you take me out of that photo and put me in a different photograph with someone else? Yes. That's our specialty. We can remove you from almost any photographic situation and put you in another photograph of someone else. |

| What if I have a black and white photograph of myself and I want to put it together with a person in a color photograph? Can you mix black and white photos with color photographs? Yes. We can apply color tints to any black and white image, or we can make the color photograph black and white, or use an overall tint or sepia tone. |

| What if I have a photograph that is torn or scratched up. Can you fix that too? Yes. We can repair almost any photograph and restore it close to the original image. We can also restore color to photographs that have faded, enhance images to bring out more contrast, and in some cases, show more detail. |

| What if I don't have a scanner, and don't know any place that has scanning services? Can you still take my order? Yes. You can send us your photos directly via Registered Mail. We'll take good care of your originals and return them to you once the order is finished. Just make sure you package them carefully in thick cardboard before you send them off. |

| What if I send you my photos? Will you protect my privacy rights and not use my photos for any other purpose? Yes. We respect and protect your right to privacy. Any photos you send us will not be duplicated, sent to a third party, or used for any other purposes without your prior written permission. Customer images will remain the customer's property. |
